A bit about my approach to healthcare.

Hi Im David, I am dynamic, empathetic, and committed mental health professional with expertise in Career Counselling, Behaviour Modification, Learning, and Marriage and Family.

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health industry, I’ve worked in many settings including secondary school counselling, community organizations, children’s home, and private practice, providing individual and group psychotherapy and psychoeducation to address issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, loss/grief, relationship difficulties, impulse control, sexual abuse, sexual issues, and behavioural difficulties. I utilize a client-centred approach with attention to a variety of modalities and intervention strategies based on the needs of clients, including cognitive behaviour therapy and solution focus therapy.
