Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy, which is sometimes known as talk therapy, has been proven to help break the mental health stigma for people to obtain treatment for a variety of emotional and mental challenges.
Psychotherapy can be provided by several different types of professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, licensed social workers, and others with specialized training in psychotherapy. Psychiatrists are also trained medical doctors and can prescribe medication.
Culturally Adaptive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CA-CBT)
Our Culturally Adaptive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CA-CBT) program provides comprehensive individual and group psychological treatment, and care services to individuals and their family members suffering from social discrimination, racial trauma and mental health distress, with a specific focus on engaging individuals and families who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Colour (BIPOC).
It provides support from a Healthcare Provider trained in CA-CBT, with extensive clinical background and experience in the treatment of social discrimination, racial trauma and mental health distress.
Holistic Therapy
Holistic therapy, also sometimes referred to as holistic psychotherapy or body-centered psychotherapy, is an integrative type of therapy that incorporates both traditional and non-traditional treatments to help the individual as a whole.
Rather than focusing on a narrow problem, it considers mental, physical, and spiritual factors that influence a person’s well-being and seeks to help people heal and thrive on a deeper level.

In Touch recognizes the impact that poor mental health can have on your life. Our medical healthcare is delivered by health experts, professionals, and allied health fields through our partnership with the best of the best medical healthcare service providers nationally.
Our medical services are provided by: Psychiatrists, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Specialists
Employee Assistant Program (EAP)
Acting as your organizations direct culturally sensitive Healthcare Provider, our enhanced EAP provides access to timely Mental Health and Wellness, and medical advice and services for all employees.
Community Support Service Program
Community Support Service Program (CSSP)
Our In Touch CSSP was established with the goal to keep our children, youth and young adults SAFE & HEALTHY! It aims to protect and promote psychosocial well-being and/or prevent or treat mental health condition. Our CSSP services can be general, aimed at preventing the onset or increase of psychological distress, or specific, aimed at treating mental health conditions.
